PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Designed and implemented Campaign Management Application (CMA) a web-based application using PHP, jQuery and MySQL that allows Marketing department to enter, report and analyze campaign data.
• Create APIs to extend ISMG's custom Content Management System (CMS) to work with above mentioned CMA application.
• Maintain and enhance ISMG'S WordPress based websites.
• Design and implement custom Salesforce reports allowing sales managers to better track their accounts.

• Leads subcommittee tasked to update the company website.
• Taught HTML, use of FTP client, and web-development best practices to colleagues to enable them to update content on company's website.

Gathered requirements from AUM team, worked with local and overseas development team to design reusable, easy-to-implement user interface components. Client and portfolio AUM application has been successfully migrated giving user better reporting, better data-analysis capabilities, and storage of favorite data queries.
• Assets Under Management (AUM) team required enhanced reporting and file upload capability for their AUM Publisher application. Gathered requirements from AUM team, worked with development team to integrate front-end and back-end code, performed user acceptance testing with AUM team, helped deploy and maintain application. AUM team now has enhanced application allowing complete calculation of true gross earnings of the company.
• Human Resources department required improved user interface for employee profile website. Working with development team, enhanced display of employee information and improved search capability. Provided up-to-date user experience aligned with BlackRock's visual identity.
• Business required single sign on for its various web sites. Developed and implemented login screen with sophisticated client-side validation. Allowed user much easier access to financial information.
• Wrote library of useful low-level JavaScript functions to facilitate rapid development of reusable components.
• Developed reusable components enabling content managers to add simple HTML to a web page that on load, would expand into full-fledged interactive controls, such as: a fund literature list module, a data collection gadget, a mega menu, a fund lookup component.
• Collaborated with third-party company Vyoo to integrate their video player with BlackRock content; code provided an HTML wrapper around the Vyoo player functionality, thereby making display of video on a web page easy for the page / content designer.
• Collaborated with third-party company Unica to provide web analytics for BlackRock sites through use of JavaScript code; the data used by BlackRock to provide an enhanced user experience.

• Entered contribution data from employers contained on reporting forms into database for this third-party administrator of employee benefits.

• Designed and implemented website for this non-profit corporation intended to train aspiring civic leaders; used accessibility guidelines ensuring availability to largest possible group of people.
• Refined content provided by client, designed logo and prepared images; provided helpful interaction with client to ensure website met expectations.

• Developed client side data entry screens and reports using MFC in Visual C++ for “PoolStat”, the company’s chassis management application; allowed the user to view and enter chassis movement data with ease.
• Developed server code that processed requests for data from the client side data entry and report screens; performed validation and imposed business rules upon the data received from the client to ensure data integrity.
• Developed stored procedures and packages with Oracle 9i and PL/SQL that updated the chassis movement data; ensured data was quickly delivered to user.
• Developed invoicing system using Microsoft Access.

• Developed prototype clinical data tracking system to capture status of study protocols. Recommended that company move to rapid application development (RAD) environments to keep up with the new studies that were being performed.
• Constructed queries and reports that tied together data from various cancer studies; allowed users to get a better understanding of data.
• Developed reusable tools for a Windows based data entry system using dBASE V; ensured data entry for subsequent studies could be set up quickly.
